Artwell together with SFA and ICCAW, drafted the “Farm Animal Welfare Requirements Cashmere Goat” Standard.

This Standard is based on the international advanced concept of farm animal welfare and existing science, technology and socio-economic conditions in China, and stipulates the requirements for farm animal welfare-friendly production.

ICCAW is a social organization specialized in promoting animal welfare in China.

Artwell is Vice Chairman of ICCAW since 2019.

SFA is a leading international NGO promoting cashmere sustainability by implementing Standard in Mongolia since 2015.

Artwell is Key Council Member of SFA and certified as Gold Tier Cashmere Producer.

SFA joined up with ICCAW to enable both Chinese and international companies to provide practical support to their suppliers at the grassroots, obtain credible evidence that on-farm management practices meet internationally agreed standards, and link supply and demand for sustainable cashmere.
